Refund policy

We hope you're completely happy with your purchase but if something isn’t right, you can easily request a return or exchange through our online Returns Portal.

Returns

  • You may return your item within 14 days of receiving your order for a refund or exchange.
  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.
  • End of Line (Sale) items, Gift Cards, and personalised items are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged.
  • Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 7 working days of your item receipt and item inspection. 
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • Return shipping costs are your responsibility unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

International & EU Duties & Taxes

As the UK is no longer part of the EU, import duties and taxes may apply to international orders.

  • Import Duties & Taxes: Customers are responsible for any local import duties, VAT, or customs fees. These are set by your country’s customs authority.
  • VAT on Children’s Clothing: UK orders are VAT free for children’s clothing, but EU and international customs may still apply local VAT.
  • Shipping Methods:
    • Delivered Duty Paid (DDP): Where possible, duties and taxes are included at checkout.
    • Delivered at Place (DAP): In some cases, customers pay duties and taxes upon delivery.
    • Any applicable customs details will be shown at checkout.
