Refund policy
We hope you're completely happy with your purchase but if something isn’t right, you can easily request a return or exchange through our online Returns Portal.
Returns
- You may return your item within 14 days of receiving your order for a refund or exchange.
- Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.
- End of Line (Sale) items, Gift Cards, and personalised items are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged.
- Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 7 working days of your item receipt and item inspection.
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
- Return shipping costs are your responsibility unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

International & EU Duties & Taxes
As the UK is no longer part of the EU, import duties and taxes may apply to international orders.
- Import Duties & Taxes: Customers are responsible for any local import duties, VAT, or customs fees. These are set by your country’s customs authority.
- VAT on Children’s Clothing: UK orders are VAT free for children’s clothing, but EU and international customs may still apply local VAT.
- Shipping Methods:
- Delivered Duty Paid (DDP): Where possible, duties and taxes are included at checkout.
- Delivered at Place (DAP): In some cases, customers pay duties and taxes upon delivery.
- Any applicable customs details will be shown at checkout.
